On the 26t of February, 2020 the COLLAR Company team was honored by the visit of the EU Ambassador in Ukraine, Matti Maasikas. The delegation visited Chernihiv, examined the manufacturing process of TM WAUDOGand learned about the changes that were made with the help of the EU.

Each of such projects makes our manufacturing process more effective and suitable for the flexible market demands. Each innovative product brings something new into the lives of pets and their parents and makes them happier together. We are proud of it” – stated the Founder of COLLAR Company, Yuriy Sinitsa during the visit.

From September 2018 to March 2019, with the help of EBRD consultations COLLAR Company implemented the LEAN manufacturing tools. The great job of structurizing the approach, distinguishing the target measurements of study and focusing the team members on the meaning of the project and their responsibility was made.

As a result of a year and a half COLLAR team’s work productivity has increased on 50% – simultaneously the square of the factory has decreased on 25% and 20% more are expected in the following months. Staff turnover is less than 5% now and the time of direct orders completing has decreased 2.5 times. The team concept is now implemented and the new motivation system is directed to the development of specialists in the different areas of proficiency.
